How Bad Do You Want Success by Eric Thomas.

It was young man who wanted to make a lot of money, so he went to this guru, right?

And he told the guru, "You know, I wanna be on the same level you on."

And so the guru said, "If you wanna be on the same level I'm on, I'll meet you tomorrow, at the beach, at 4am"

He thinks, "The beach? I said I wanna make money! I don't wanna swim"

Guru said, "If you wanna money, I'll meet you tomorrow. 4am."

 

So the young man got there, 4am. He's all ready to rock and roll. He got on the suit....he shoulda worn shorts...

The old man grabs his hand, say, "How bad do you wanna be successful?"

He said, "Real bad."

He said, "Walk on out in the water."

So he walks out into the water, listen carefully, when he walks out into the water, he goes waist deep. So he's thinking, "This guy is crazy. How am i gonna make money, he got me out here swimmin'? I didnt ask to be a lifeguard, I wanna make money." 

Guru said, "Come out a little further." So, walked out a little further, then he had it right the shoulder area.

He's thinking, "Yo this ol' man crazy! He makin' money, but he crazy!"

Guru said, "Come out a little farther." So, he came out little farther. It was right at his mouth. He thinkin', "Im 'bout to go back in, he outta his mind."

So the old man said, "I thought you said you wanted to be successful." Man said, "I do!"

Guru said, "Walk a little farther." He came, dropped his head in, held him down, hold him down, the guy scratchin'.

Just before my man was about to pass out, the Guru raised him up. He said, "I got a question for ya."

He said, "When you were underwater, what did you wanna do?!"

He said, "I wanted to BREATHE."

He todl the guy, he said, "When you want to succeed, as BAD as you want to breathe, THEN you'll be successful. You dont care about no basketball game! You dont care what's on TV, you dont care about nobody callin' you, you dont care about no damn party! The ONLY thing you care about when you tryin' to breathe, is to get some fresh air. That's it."

"...And when you get to the point, and WHEN you get to the point where all you wanan do is be successful as bad as you want to breathe, THEN you'll be successful."

And I'm here to tell you, number one. That most of say you want to be successful, but you don't want it bad! You just kinda' want it. 

You dont want it badder then you wanna party. You dont want it as much as you wanna be cool. Most of you don't want success as much as you wanna sleep! 

Some of you love sleep more then you love success. And I'm here to tell you today, if you're going to be successful, you've got to be willing to give up sleep. You've got to be willing to work off of three hours of sleep, two hours; If you REALLY wanna be successful, some days, you gonna have to stay up three days in a row!

More than anything I want my friends to dream BIG......
NOT so we can be big dreamers together, although
that part is FUN, even the part of dreaming when you don't have anything, which usually feels like fear.
Its just your dreams, your excitement, and your road there.
I want my friends to dream big so we can have more, do more, help more, and be more. We have to dream big to receive big.
Don't be scared to dream, like dreaming is building false hope, like dreaming will never come real. This is the realest stuff I know.
Every door built you can enter.
That is why we need to build ourselves.

Dreams are who we are in the moment and in the days ahead.
Instead of stressing, I dream, and when I get anxious while its happening, I just find a way to dream bigger, and flush the worries and fill my self up with big scary and incredible to be had dreams.

These are 2 of my dreams maybe you can share in this or
it can help create your own....

November 2013 I want a sail boat to take for sunrise and sunsets, which can also be usually commercially to offset the cost.
January 2014 Buy land in Pupukea and have it all, outdoor offices, garden with all fresh herbs, spices, and veggies, fruit trees.
Huge area for outdoor hammocks, and palm trees INCREDIBLE BREEZE, surfboard shaping room, over 100 boards. Camping gear, fishing gear and any other gear we can think of.

I want to say this, if you believe in me it helps my dreams come true. Even if you never tell me, although it really helps, even if you don't believe in yourself, although that REALLY helps. You just need to believe and believe that you can dream BIG and it will come true.

How cool really would it be  to you to set your own schedule and work from where ever you want .I mean It really form any where in the world while earning a income you never thought was possible its amazing to me. This is for real own  your own world  . Its something I set  out this year to do and have finally achieved my GOAL . You honestly really don't know what your missing in life until you own it .

When I say own it I mean you take the responsible on yourself to take control of what  your life should be . This while time we have on earth  is short and should be taken with every intention to own it out right  . its great to even say  it  , just say it as a goal for yourself  . Its something  every one wants to say  but they don't cause if you say it you might  have t do it  .

Your Brain thinks like that but  when you actually say it  your putting it into action  . Action is the single best thing that  will get you going and out of whatever situation your in that's holding you back from total awesomeness . Take action daily to achieve what goals and dreams you really want from your life . 

Join a Mentor group/team/movement  come to a hangout  and  see what  its all about  and to have a better understanding of what  we are doing to help people get there freedom and awesomeness back  daily.

Dads Freedom From Blogging - Yes Blogging

MY Twin girls 4th Birthday 


This is one of the best ones why you ask because I finally had the time to spend it with them . I mean I have been with them since birth first one to touch them ( besides doctors ) and the last one to touch them each night. We read a book and a bear hug with a good night kiss each night.

We went to school together of course the have there whole happy birthday banner on which was a little to big but me and mom worked it out with a little trim job couple of staples they were ready to go. There was something today I didn't realize how cool it was and how much I truly missed until I was able to take them and experience it with them instead of on the phone saying once again dad had to work but the next year I will be there . Well guess who's boat didn't come in so I had to swim out to it and making it happen from empower network .

I really enjoyed seeing my kids around there friends at school and all of them singing happy birthday to them. Seeing first hand there faces light up was something I was waiting to do and have finally made that happen. I was truly fed up with watching threw a video or looking at some pictures . I really appreciate the pictures all my family has taken for me in the past but its truly not the same as it is to see in live.

Today I looked at there baby pictures and the photos really hit home today for me 4 short years have flew by and I have missed a lot . NO LONGER will that be the case. Not going to miss the important things to me to make my boss rich.

This is the fuel to fire me up about my own business online . Where i will be setting my own schedule setting my life up as I want it to be no boss life style . Making my own decisions about what's important to me not what other people think .


The older I get the faster this wonderfully thing we call life is going , just like that 4 years have gone by so I thank god I made the decision to work for myself . I made this decision just in time for my family to be there with them daily to experience things with them instead of hearing about it or looking at pictures to be there because life is short and you never know.

Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get it and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done! Now if you know what you're worth then go out and get what you're worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain't you! You're better than that!

 My wife and I watched money ball it's a great movie and a great plot if you haven't seen it you should it's a old-school David and Goliath movie. It's about major-league baseball's Oakland A's in the 2000 era 2002 to 2010 it's a story about the Oakland A's having a limited budget around 40 million a year in payroll but they are going against teams like the Yankees with 110 million dollar payroll.

So I started thinking about my business with empower network's profit blogging and how to blog for a income. With advertising empower network I am the Oakland A's and Vick Strizheus, Tony rush etc and all the other guys who make a hundred grand a month are the Yankees because I can't (not yet) put $30,000 into advertising at this moment but I still need to win, I still am going to build my business no matter what I am going to make the playoffs.
